The fictional Q Branch at the very real British Secret Intelligence Agency, the SIS, has been responsible for equipping James Bonds from Sean Connery to Timothy Dalton to Pierce Brosnan and the up and coming, Daniel Craig. The accessories from the workshop of the Q Branch are highly functional, in some cases highly lethal, after-market adaptations of common products–pagers, cell phones and umbrellas to modified exotic cars.

Most men long for the chiseled chin, enigmatic eyes and smile and style of James Bond. Many men can only fumble their way in attempting to capture the style that Bond exudes gracefully. For the rest, they long for an afternoon alone with the gadgets of the Q Branch.

Devices like the surfboard from Die Another Day, equipped with a hidden compartment featuring communication equipment, explosives and detonators and Bond's trademark Walther PP9 or the attaché case featured in From Russia With Love that came with after-market improvements such as a collapsible sniper rifle, ad munitions, gold sovereigns, a hidden knife, and in case of tampering, mouse-trapped with a gas bomb are not available to the general public.

A staple of the Q Branch labs that is available to the public are the watches that grace Bond's wrist. In the early film adaptations of Ian Fleming's novels, James Bond went with Seiko or, more famously, a Rolex Submariner. Beginning with Pierce Brosnan's reign as the James Bond character in GoldenEye, the international spy has sported Omega watches. A staple in films Tomorrow Never Dies and The World Is Not Enough with Casino Royale, Omega's line of Seamaster Professional diver's watches have become a Bond tradition.

Available in commemoration of the release of the twenty-second Bond adventure, Omega is releasing the Seamaster Planet Ocean Casino Royale Limited Series watch and the Seamaster James Bond Limited Series. Although neither Omega release will feature a grappling hook, magnetic bullet deflector/circular saw or explosive charge/remote detonator (not even a built-in garrote), the style unique to James Bond will be captured in both the design and innovation of the watch.

The Seamaster James Bond Limited Series features the spiral theme of the opening gun barrel sequence embossed on the dial and the 007 designation at the end of the second hand. The Seamaster James Bond Limited Series will also be the first Bond watch to feature Omega's very own Co-Axial Escapement.

The Seamaster Planet Ocean Casino Royale Limited Series is another of Omega's Seamaster Professional divers' watches. The watch features the 007 designation cast in orange on the seconds hand as well as the film logo. Each watch is engraved with its unique series number. Like all the watches in the Seamaster Professional diver's watch line, this limited series edition is waterproof to 300 meters.

For those that find a replica just won't do, James Bond's choice, the Seamaster 300M Chronometer is an actual, available to the public Omega watch. However, like James Bond's BMW or Aston Martin, the watch comes with a price. So for those that can't look like, drive like, or tell the time like James Bond, at least you can drink like the spymaster extraordinaire–shaken not stirred.
